Description
Cold Compress:
- Store in the freeze about 1-2 hours to freeze the gel.
Hot Compress:
- Put the pack into the microwave oven for 1 minute with intermediate fire.
- Limit treatments to 20 minutes at time.
Hot Water:
- Boil the pack in the hot water about 4-10 minute.
- And please check every 1 minute to reach ideal temperature.
